Due to COVID-19, and cancellation of many mission trips, YiM Board approved a way to continue to "serve God's people on mission fields" by providing some funding directly to the organizations where our youth WOULD be serving if not for the pandemic.
Priority given to ministries aiding those most vulnerable and experiencing greatest need.
Also, the majority of YiM funding will remain available for scholarships to youth traveling on mission trips when they resume.
Ministries selected for Grants posted below, along with descriptions and photos of past YiM missionaries serving there - as well as recent photos after receiving YiM Grants.

Youth in Mission, Thank you so much for your generosity and donation towards our Unbound Santa Ana Project. Your donation will help to provide a latrine for a family (pictured here) and electronics that are now necessary for a vital education. This is a big help for students right now who are struggling with online classes. Many families are using a smartphone which they have to rotate among all kids in the house to do homework and take virtual classes. Kids have to take turns to do homework and watch classroom meetings. Parents are purchasing pre-paid data services that include limited internet hours so kids can use these devices. So your donation has helped many students further their education! Your donation will also help provide a new roof for a local family. Please find attached pictures of those whom your generous donation made an impact on. Thank you again!

Mission of Hope,

We are so grateful for NCCS and Youth in Missions' generosity in donating towards our Family Assistance Program this year. Austin, and myself were able to be on the ground with our team during the distribution and it was so sweet to see.
We were able to see 120 families provided for and blessed; all in partnership with a total of 4 local pastors and one other non-profit organization that we partner with. Through it all, the gospel was shared and experienced tangibly, and Jesus was given all the glory for this. The joy seen on each person's face when receiving food that was needed was incredible, but even more so the joy seen on our pastors' faces. Being able to come alongside them to help provide for people they've been praying for, and sacrifice so much to serve was inspiring and The Lord's heart was evident.
Thank you again for coming alongside us to help facilitate this project. We look forward to our partnership together in the future.
